Tonight I start night shift again! Not sure if I'm excited or dreading it- but at least this time I know what I'm getting into, sort of. Today was a pretty good day, I talked to my dad and my old sponsor called me. I say old because she really hasn't been a sponsor for a long time- she pretty much got busy with life, and I stopped calling her and she stopped calling me. It was two ways. I am going to call Katie though on my way to work, even though I feel like she could care less. It will make me feel better to know that I'm doing what I can to be a decent friend. But does it really matter? I'm sure I over think everything! Anywho- on with if I met my goals for the day!
Breakfast: Oatmeal with banana and PB, Coffee
11am- yoga/pilates at Lifetime Fitness
Lunch: whole wheat wrap with ham, laughing cow cheese, mustard and a side of carrots (Lunch is a bad picture time for me! I'm too hungry to wait and the quality is awful- sorry!!)

Dessert from lunch was two chocolate wafers.
Snack: greek yogurt, strawberries and pita chips
Dinner: Chicken breast and carrots! (I might turn orange after today!)
Well that's it for meals , but I'll be snacking tonight then eating a meal around midnight- but that will go on tomorrow! Wish me luck working on no nap- lol! Much love.
