Can't believe I've been in Georgia a year! And I haven't posted anything in a year either...lol.
However, today at the gym I almost fainted and had to call my husband to pick me up. Apparently that year has done very little for my health. Health is life or death and I better get it together. I'm hoping this is my starting point- for real. I'm just going to take it one day at a time, but if I want the most out of my time on Earth I have to try to survive, not just sit idlely by and hope I'll be fine. I scheduled a cardiologist appointment for Monday and I'm going to track what I eat and attempt to use activity in small amounts to care for my body. Done and done. Day 1.

We got back from Cancun yesterday. This is me on the trip- the one picture I let my husband take of me...because I'm ashamed of how I look and didn't want other people to see. Get real Abby.
