Today has been a good- getting back on track! And I met my goals for the week for today!
Breakfast: Oatmeal with strawberries (1) and coffee.
Then I went to Lifetime Fitness and took a TCX class- which was really good but very challenging! I was the second largest person in the class- do you think fit people think about that? Or is that just an obsessed with your weight thing? Hey, I warned you it was going to be a process! I couldn't finish all the moves or complete everything but I did my best and I plan on going back!
When I got home I made myself a quick smoothie.

Snack: 1/2 banana (2), 1/2 scoop Shakeology, 1 cup of spinach (3) and water
After chugging that I jumped in the shower and got ready to go out with some early on friends! We've been on one double date with them before and they are really fun! So today we planned on going to Helen, GA for Octoberfest, but instead we ended up kind of driving around and deciding to go to Atlantic Station in Atlanta. We got some delish lunch from a BBQ place (4), walked around and went to see Fury, then got some frozen yogurt. It was fun! Since I've been here that has been my biggest struggle- not having friends. Back home I left my best friend Katie, who I did everything with, but she hasn't really missed me since I left (or so it seems). My mom is the only one who's called me first since being here, and it's getting easier to accept that people just move on with life when you leave, but it still hurts. Katie's baby shower is tomorrow, and I'm so sad I won't be there, but maybe she won't even notice? I'm sure I'm just wallowing in self pity because I miss her!

Now I think I'll just be relaxing and reading before bed! First night shift tomorrow night! Nervous about traffic, but I'm hoping it goes well! Much love.
